Dennis has spent his entire professional career in the hotel industry.  He has served in various executive hotel management positions for individual hotels, regional hotel groups, and hotel management and development firms.  His operations background provides both the leadership and experience which includes direct regional responsibility for ten General Managers and hotel operations in excess of 150 million dollars in annual revenues.  His brand affiliations include Marriott International, Intercontinental Hotels, Sheraton and a number of individual boutique hotels in the Caribbean and the continental United States .  Dennis is currently CEO of De Silva Properties, which is a hotel management company located in the Northeast, and currently manages Holiday Inn and Marriott products in four different states.

Warren has owned and invested in real estate since 1978, before relocating to Sarasota in 1989 when he entered real estate development full time.  Mr. Hickernell offers outstanding credentials in the real estate and development field and is also a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the State of Georgia .   Warren is a sought after speaker for tax seminars and real estate development along Florida Gulf Coast and continues to write articles for the Sarasota Board of Realtors.   Warren was most recently the leadoff subject for the real estate cover story in Fortune Magazine in the September 20, 2004 issue.   Warren heads the development division of Mango Bay and will continue to bring properties into the Mango Bay mix of resort properties.

Fabio’s hotel career spans over 8 years in all phases of hotel operations. He has worked for a luxury full-service hotel in western Massachusetts , as well as with the Holiday Inn Express brand throughout New England . Fabio has 6 years of experience in hotel general management and is a designated systems expert in various property management and reservation systems, including NGPMS Opera and Pegasus Central.  Fabio brings to the company a successful track record in hotel operations and a genuine love of all things “hospitality”.
